Smile is in the process of improving our email infrastructure. Over the course of the next several months we will be migrating our customers to a clustered environment, which will provide redundancy, better uptime, as well as newer mail server software.
We will be doing this migrations in batches each week, and will contact you via email at least 1 week prior to the migration. Please check for new announcements each week regarding status updates. There will be instructions in the Knowledge Base, which will explain what you will need to change on your end of things.
