I'm Receiving Mail with [SPAM] in the Subject that Isn't SPAM

Our Spam filters filter spam through a number of methods, and occasionally they will mistake a wanted piece of mail for unwanted mail.  These are frequently newsletters, or advertisments from an organization that resemble an unwanted message.

If you send the address of the originator, (sender) of the message, we can add them to the spam filters "whitelist" and they will not be marked as spam.  Please fill out a trouble ticket and we can usually have the whitelist updated the same day.
